Quiet off season with nice views

The unit was functional and mostly clean, just seemed dated. The mattresses were not very comfortable, bedding/sheets/pillows are worn. One family member ended up sleeping on the couch after a stiff body after the first night. Sheets were very thin for guest bedding. No door to the toilet area or shower in the master bedroom, which I didn’t realize. Not very convenient to not have a door for the toilet. The outdoor pools were very clean, but water so cold, basically unusable. This was deceiving if listed to have pools available, even if off season, but too cold to enjoy, not sure why they were open. Access to the beach was nice.

We loved MP210. It was modern with whimsical and classic seaside decor. Excellent view!

The unit was clean, nice neighbors and the view from the patio is excellent. I enjoyed my morning coffee and evening cocktails on the patio.

Mayan Princess Unit 210

We really enjoyed the Mayan Princess for its grounds, pools, setting and views. Our only concern was that we had no hot water for showers. When I spoke to the maintenance man he said hot water comes from a boiler and they were having trouble repairing the heating elements and we should let the water run for 20 minutes or so to try to get lukewarm water. The fact that they knew of the hot water problem because it had been going on for a while and didn’t give us a heads up was a concern. A reduction of the owners fee that was charged on top of the room fees would have been a nice touch.
