Dont feel like going to the beach? Take a dip in the oversized private pool or enjoy a starry night in the hot tub. Whatever your pleasure, A Mermaid's Tale is not to be missed! Monteray Shores offers some great community amenities, summer activities, and a clubhouse with a pool and tennis courts.
Ground Level: This floor offers entrance to the home, where you will also find the laundry area. Outside is a totally gated private pool, hot tub, and outside shower.
Mid Level: This level features a lovely main bedroom with a queen bed and deck access. Another main bedroom room with a queen bed includes deck access and shared a hall bathroom with a bunk room. The bunk room features a twin-over-twin bunk.
Top Level: This level features a spacious great room with a TV and DVD player, gas fireplace, and deck access through a sliding glass door. A nicely equipped kitchen has bar seating for three guests and a separate dining area. You will also find the main bedroom with a king bed with deck access through a sliding door. Rounding out this home is a half bath off the great room.
Amenities: Guests can enjoy an oversized private 16-foot by 32-foot unheated Pool, a gated pool, hot tub, multiple TVs, a gas fireplace, gas grill, WiFi, a hammock swing, and a sunny and shaded deck space.
