This retreat has been newly updated with all new living room furniture with a pull-out sectional sofa on the third floor as well as new flooring and a pull-out sofa on the ground floor. There is also a brand new hot tub, refrigerator, washer/dryer, and smart TVs for your enjoyment.
Ground Level: Enter into the rec room which provides a foosball table, 42†HDTV with DVD, and a bistro table and chairs. You\'ll also find a queen room with 26†flatscreen TV/DVD, a full bathroom, and access to the private courtyard with hot tub.
Mid Level: Here you will find a beautiful king main bedroom with a 32†flatscreen TV/DVD and deck access. There is another bedroom with a DuoBunk and a 26†flatscreen TV/DVD that shares a full bath with a king bedroom with a 26†flatscreen TV/DVD. The laundry room is also located on this level.
Top Level: The top level of this home is dedicated to living space - you will find a beautifully decorated great room with an electric fireplace, a 46†HDTV with a Blu-Ray player, surround sound, a sleep sofa, and deck access. There is also a well-appointed kitchen, dining area, and half bath rounding out this level.
