One of the worst hotel stays I’ve had. Very very old and dated. Staff are friendly, but they are working with a hard product to sell. The king bed in our room was completely shot(if you sit. The chairs were about a decade past their life expectancy and were worn and dirty. Bathroom is old, the hair dryer in our room caught fire while my wife was using it and smoked out our room much to the staffs amusement. I asked if that was common and the response was “yes, they are very old”. We were in town for a wedding and that almost made us miss the ceremony . The redeeming factors of this property are the restaurant is always a good meal, free onsite parking and great location. The boutique hotel across the road was sold out so we booked here based on location but would book elsewhere on future trips.

The resturant on site had delicious food. The AC is only able to turn down to 70°c. It was obvious the floor was not vacuumed and the shower had many hard water stains.

I asked the waitress if they had butter and she said yes. I have allergies to oil. When I received my toast (with breakfast) it was full of margarine. One bite and I could feel the tightness in my throat. Never eating there again!

This was with out question the worst experience of my trip. The treatment I received from one of the managers at the front desk was the worst example of how to treat a guest of the hotel. They charged an addition $200 to my credit card and it took 3 days for me to get my money back. Although they did refund me my money, the process and the condescending attitude of the front desk manager and the hotel accountant was totally wrong and and inappropriate. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Just a horrible experience

The room we stayed in was cleaned to a certain extent The house keeper obviously didnt pull out the night stand cause there was cheesies left stuck between the wires and the coffee maker was full of dust and hair but besides that the staff and room was accommodating
