I recoment this hotel have a good location is near to the bus station ,downton,museum the palacio de hierro and teleferico.

Tuve una PÉSIMA experiencia. El Hotel es viejo y está en remodelación, me cambiaron 2 veces de habitación porque no servian los televisores, la primer habitación era muy pequeña, sin aire acondicionado y había fauna nociva (cucaracha) en la última habitación que nos quedamos NO había ningún contacto en la habitación, solo 1 en el baño. El mueble donde se pone ropa se cayó, estaba mal puesto sobre la tabla roca, la cabecera de la cama tambien se cayó el plafon del baño de estaba cayendo por pedazos, no te dan jabón de manos. El jabón y shampoo estan en la ducha y es casi imposible sacar producto, ya que estan empotrados en la pared. MUY CARO PARA LO QUE ES. PAGAMOS $850 POR HABITACIÓN SENCILLA CON 1 CANA QUEEN. NO LO RECOMIENDO
