"My husband & i booked here as we were going out in Leicester City Centre for the evening/night with friends. This place is so much grander than it appears in the photos! The reception staff were lovely, and clear instructions to find our room and breakfast details were provided. Our room was a fair size, but the bathroom was enormous! Everything was lovely and clean, and to our surprise we even had a patio! While we were getting ready for the evening we shared a bottle of champagne, which also meant we would be wanting to smoke/vape. Usually this is such an inconvenience having to leave your room and trapse through the hotel to go outside, but the patio meant we could just step outside. Bonus! The bed was super comfortable and we both had a brillant nights sleep. The next morning we went down for breakfast (feeling rather delicate) and it was just what the doctor ordered. We both had a full English which was really tasty, really good quality produce. We also helped ourselves to the pastries and fresh juices which were lovely. Overall, great value for money, easy to find, great service, clean & decent sized room & bathroom, comfy bed, bonus patio and excellent breakfast. We will definitely return if we are visiting the area again!"

The shower was lovely and the bathroom was also spotless. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant and the food was exceptional too. Really high quality with generous portions.
