Very courteous staff at the restaurant including Mr Virender and Mr Negi, and equally brilliant housekeeping. However, the staff at the front desk is a big let-down as they are mostly clueless about anything to do around the hotel or have to call in someone higher up all the time. Also could do with some smiles on their faces. An even bigger issue is they don't provide any meals or even a basic blanket for drivers which is quite inhumane, given that any other big property does provide basic meals for drivers or is expected of them. We were informed of this by our driver at the end of our 2 nights stay, and that they asked him for ₹500 for a breakfast. Add to that the remote location of the property, which is a bit far away from the nearest populated areas, the driver was forced to drive 20 kms to grab any meals."
