The room was clean, slightly dated. The instructions for check-in were very clear. However, the keypad was not functioning and the code for the lock box was incorrect. The staff quickly moved us to another room which we were able to enter with no problem.

Key code did not work. Information on email misleading and no customer service as nobody available when we arrived. Nothing specified on email that office would be closed when we arrived. It only stated that lobby is alwsys open. In addition, this was listed as a hotel, but it was actually a motel.

the room was great. clean and comfortable. the only issue was the thin walls so the dogs barking was annoying. also the room randomly smelled like cigarette smoke so i did not like that. especially because we had a no smoking room and all the rooms around us were no smoking. the smell was coming through the air vents. not a fan of that. but overall it was a decent experience

Clean and comfortable room. No staff on site, however , when I encountered issues with my reserved room, a staff came to give me the keys to the new room. No breakfast as advertised. Otherwise location is very accessible to the main road.

Absolutely an excellent room. One of the best mattresses I have ever slept on! Great bar with Keuri coffee maker, coffee pods, real creamer, etc. Microwave and a sink! Great TV with Tubi for movies. Only negative, they need to update the outside!

We had difficulty checking in, our code did not work, no one was at reception except for a phone number. We called and were given the lockbox combination for the physical key which we used for the duration of our stay. IDK, it was strange not having a person onsite.

No face to face with anyone as you get your room and door code via email which turned out to be very nice. I didn't know what you do if you have an issue but we didn't. Very nice, very modern room. Absolutely did not expect how nice it would be. It says the breakfast is grab and go which, to me, means a banana and muffin in a bag but it was much more of a Continental bfast with tables, etc.

There was no staff present. Everything was self-service. We were running out of toilet paper and there was none in the supply room. Also, no Kleenex tissue available. Breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. It was all bread items every day! Also, no decaf coffee.

Rooms were filled with stink bugs flies and cockroaches not enough towels or toiletries in the rooms no breakfast was available despite the fact it was stated that the room comes with breakfast no staff on site either
