We specifically confirmed that the hotel had a shuttle service to the airport, but after checking in we were told that the shuttle had been cancelled due to the daylight saving time change. There was not a single English-language TV channel available in the room.

Right next to airport which was what we needed. In many places that means not a fun or nice place. At Scandic-the location was not only convenient but also lovely and enjoyable.

Airport shuttle was not available due to driver absence. Front desk had a taxi waiting for us supposedly at their expense. When we arrived at the airport the taxi driver demanded payment stating no arrangement was for the hotel to pay. No voucher was provided by the hotel staff to give to the driver. Definitely will not stay at this hotel chain in the future.

There is no phone, no coffee, no microwave, no mini refrigerator for my medicine .Worst of all, the guest cannot control the thermostat in their room. The Scandic hotel had it set at the hotel desired temperature. Not acceptable as I had to open and close windows several time during the night. NOT A GOOD NIGHT SLEEP for me .Paid $340 per night.

We were unable to connect to WiFi in our room. The front desk did not answer. Very frustrating. It was only for one night so we survived without WiFi. The buffet breakfast was excellent. We appreciated the included airport drop off.
