Front desk staff, especially assistant manager Carla was great, bed was comfortable but some disappointments this time. Poor housekeeping, room was never cleaned in six days. Toilet didn't flush properly, required several flushes, couch was damaged, electric outlet on bathroom didn't wor. I've stayed here many times but this was my first less than perfect experience.

Quick, efficient check in. Upgrade of my room offered unbeknownly, was deeply appreciated. Room was spacious, clean and nicely arranged. Choice of lighting to just a specific Rea was appreciated as not too bright lighting like most hotels. Coffee quality surprisingly good and unusual.

The self check in has a bug sort of. More of operational error maybe. I was asked by the hotel via Expedia to provide an estimated arrival time. I said late in the evening probably close to 11pm. I arrived at 10:45pm.went to self check in and the kiosk said your room key is not ready until 11pm. So clearly someone inputed my estimated arrival time and the check in software placed a hard stop at check in until that time. Given how late it was it's silly for the software to impose that restriction. Thankfully, we are still in the age of human workers who checked me in promptly but if you were fully automated with this kind of software I would not be happy to arrive this late to be told to wait another 15 minutes for no good reason at all.
