The comfort Inn at Copenhagen airport is certainly convenient - about a six minute walk from the airport all enclosed and well-signed—- and offers the basics, with quiet rooms. When I arrived near midnight to check in, there was a line of about 20 ppl waiting to check in with only 1 person to assist. The hotel offers self service check in form at least 4 iPad-style devices but only 1 was working. Luckily I was able to use that and have my key in hand in less than 5 mins, just from providing my passport to be scanned— the system pulled up my reservation, so I didn’t have to fumble with entering a lot of data or my confirmation number.
The room was clean and comfortable, but the double bed only had one pillow, and there was one bath sized towel and one hand towel in the bathroom. No small desk, but then the hotel is not designed for working, but just basically sleeping. For that it was comfortable , clean and adequate. Although I would’ve appreciated a second pillow and a second towel.
