Staff was terrific! Hotel is beautiful. Peaceful. Eco conscious. Extremely comfortable bed, bedding & towels high-end. Hotel bar area is very inviting and comfortable. Excellent drinks. Preferred grab & go pastries rather than sit-down breakfast which wasn’t worth $50 per person. One complaint- bathroom was quite small, pegs to hang towels on were directly adjacent to bathroom door and it was not possible to hang your shower towel and then open and close the bathroom door easily. Spa area under construction- they say 1yr until finished. That should be really great!

The shower over flooded entering the bathroom floors. My night shoes got ruined and we had to call three times to get help. We had to go to another room to finish showering then back to a flooded bathroom and back to the other room for using the restroom in the middle of the night. Hotel of this caliber should check rooms for proper maintenance prior to assigning a room. The manager was informed and I have yet to recurve a call or email about this terrible experience. The keys were not working and I had to sit on the floor at 1:00 in the morning to get a new key delivered again. The staff are polite but there needs to be professionalism and attention to such horrible guest issues by the hotel manager. They should make an attempt to remedy a wrong so the guests feel safe, addressed and appreciated for trusting their vacation will be in great hospitality hands.

What an amazing property. Brand new and so refreshing and feels very modern and healthy. So Zen! Cannot recommend this hotel enough. It’s amazing. Beds cozy, rooms good size.

This hotel was truly magnificent. The atmosphere is deeply Zen and tranquil, making it the perfect place to unwind and reset. Everything feels spectacularly new and impeccably clean. The room itself was nice and comfortable, with excellent amenities, but the music from the bar at the lobby was loud and could be heard until 2am. Not really the “wellness retreat” which my pregnant wife and I were looking forward to. Also the room was smaller than expected. Service was ok. Location excellent.
