Enjoyed our stay. The only issue was our Superior Double Room was located facing a side street, directly over the loading bay doors. There were trucks starting before 3:00 am and metal banging sounds which made it hard to sleep. Wondering if booking through Travelocity results in less desirably located rooms

Great location. Small but comfortable rooms. Amenities weren’t great, hairdryer in room didn’t work, bedside lamps didn’t work and the hotel bar was under renovation, but the staff was pleasant the breakfast delicious.

Good hotel and seemed historic. Very central and all the main sights are within walking distance from here. The rooms were well setup although quite cozy. Also the mattresses was very soft for me, I am used to sleeping on firm mattress.

Disappointed with our stay to be honest , expensive for the size of the room and no breakfast When we left the Copenhagen marathon was on so all roads were closed and we had to walk to the port 4 miles away to catch our cruise with large suitcases as no Ubers in the city centre They could have informed us on booking or even a courtesy e mail before hand Room was ok , small though and don’t like the nespresso machine it was broken

Good location, albeit it's on the corner of a road so there is road noise. Somewhat dated now so a few things a little tired but overall absolutely fine. Not the best, not the worst. Service from the front desk was exceptionally helpful.

Stayed 2 nights before a cruise. Hotel is in a quiet area but walkable to many major sites. Lots of restaurant options in area and two grocery stores near by. A metro stop very close too. Would definitely stay again.

Fantastic location. Beautiful clean facilities. Hotel bar is closed for renovations. I am VERY patient with small hotel rooms in Europe, but these rooms are VERY tight. Full size bed (small - not a king/queen). Size of other furniture in room makes for a very tight room - limited space for suitcase, had to put on the window seal.
