We stayed at the resort for 4 days. By day 2, we had done everything there was to do. The resort was fine, basically clean. The friendliness of the staff was hit or miss. The guy renting the boats was terrible. The food and drinks were fine, but expensive for the location. The resort tries to give a vibe like you are in an exclusive Caribbean resort (and is priced like one), but you are on a buggy lake in Texas.

The water park area, lounging pool, and restaurants were great and staff was great. There seems to be a spider issue. Now sure if it was because of the off season, but we could not use the balcony due to it being infested with spiderwebs and spiders. There were spiderwebs in the room on top of the light fixtures. There was a huge black and yellow spider while I was in the pool just chilling as well. The day of check out the sink water and toilet water turned brown. Not sure what happened.

The room was wonderful, the personal touch with a personal greeting on the television screen when I entered on arrival. The food and drink were wonderful. Oddly, none of the margaritas served anywhere on site were served in actual margarita glasses. They were truly delicious. Highly recommend the burger. It was the best I ever had!! Will visit again.

First of all this Heather attempted to recharge total on my credit card after y'all already held amount on 10/3 , then she after I went downstairs only charged balance $55. Then every time I went to get car why is that channeling changed on radio and temperature all they had to do was park it. For fees for resort daily I had to call get fresh towels. Came for my birthday with grandbabies they enjoyed pool. Don't appreciate having to explain to this Heather about my credit card. She attempted 4 times to charge my card not including credit card, stressed me out. If I bring grandbabies will get separate hotel and day pass and not valet

Room was clean, staff very friendly. Spa was great! Downside…don’t stay near the club/lounge side of the hotel. We were awake all night from the music playing in the club till 2am and people laughing and talking even longer and we were on the 4th floor!! Worst sleeping conditions. Overall nice resort just ask for a room located away from this area
