Limited cont. breakfast. The room was outdated: the bathroom vent fan did not work, the bed was very hard, poorly lit, the light above the spa worked off and on, and the toilet seat handle did not work properly-had to jiggle the handle.

Room conditions are poor. TV service 1 star or less. Bathroom door doesn’t lock. Was me my wife and two boys. So we need privacy at the restroom sometimes. Indoor pool ? Come on !! Don’t know how they can do worse. Front desk personnel was nice and gentle. That’s what is two stars. Breakfast ummmm no bad. Definitely I hope don’t have to stay in this hotel anymore.

The room was very clean, well stocked and staff was great! House Keepers were very nice and courteous. Front desk was always attentive to our needs. Extra coffee, pool towels etc. Breakfast was good, dining room was very clean, kitchen staff was nice and helpful. Easy check in, check out. Other guests were quiet and friendly. The staff were super friendly. They definitely went above and beyond. However, the rooms are old and outdated. Not as clean as they should be. Mold in the bathroom on the floor by the tub and in the tub. The room was definitely rough but I had limited options due to it being college graduation weekend. The lobby and breakfast area was very clean but the rooms need some work. Also, one of the elevators wasn’t running so you were waiting a while especially with it being fully booked because of the graduations.
