The space was really nice and I can see the benefit of the renovations. I wish the pictures had been updated on the website. I was hoping for a bigger workspace. I would come again though. The staff were A+!

Customer service was excellent; the guy at the front desk was invaluable, and I understood what was going on with the renovations. However, in the morning, I called the front desk to let them know the toilet was making a noise while we were showering, and when my daughter tried to flush it, it overflowed. I called downstairs, and they said it would be at least two hours before someone could fix it. That is not acceptable, and we were only there for a day, so we checked out at 6:00 AM. No breakfast.

We were not made aware that construction was going on in the building until we got there. We were there for a one night stay and to sleep in and get some rest. We were awakened by hammering and drilling the next morning. The room and hotel was nice but they should not rent rooms in areas that are still under construction.
