It was okay but the cleaning staff was horrible. Woke me up by using a key and walked inside my room 2 hours before check out time. Twice!! The front counter man was nice. This is also an extended stay place.

The place was down right disgusting. I had to call hotels.com to complain and was very fortunate to get all my money back. I am in a wheelchair and the place knew about this. Plus they knew that I just had a heart attack and that I needed a first floor and still put us in a second floor. They did not care. They put us in the dirtiest room they had with what appeared to have blood everywhere and a pentagon type symbol above the bed. Holes and blood on the sheets, water on the floor. I have video and photos to back everything up. The room was 80 degrees. The manager did not care and showed my son that the room was last clean supposedly the week before but there was no way in the shape it was. I will not recommend this place to anyone ever. It’s against the state and federal law to charge for a service dog which I do have paperwork on and they tried to charge 50 dollars first and then tried to charge 20 dollars. My son informed them they would get reported to the government and shut down if we paid them so the manager took the money out of his own pocket to pay the non-refundable fee. I was forced to make it up to the second floor room my son was going to carry me which he could since I’m only 150 pounds but all the other male guests were outside watching at this time so I sat down on my bottom (I’m a female) and backed up on step at a time. I had a longer dress on and didn’t want them getting a show up my dress.

The stay was negatively affected by a 6-to-8 hours power outage caused by the city's construction workers knocking out the nearby power line(s), which was, of course not the faults of owner/staff of this property. I like the relatively big refrigerator with a big top freezer. It did not like the lack of internet service. I admit I did not ask the front desk about it. Overall value = 4 out of 5 stars.

I got out of the shower and walked to my bed and the bottom of my feet were black meaning that the floor hadn’t been cleaned in a long time and the shower ceiling had a lot of mold in it. Also the main lights kept blinking on and off. So we couldn’t use it.
