Escape to this cozy lakeside cottage, featuring two inviting bedrooms with a new queen bed and a full-size bed. The interior blends Shaker antiques from the Finger Lakes with eclectic Manchurian, Taiwanese, Japanese, and Mongolian prints, all accented by lake-themed artists.

The Space:

Relax: Unwind by the gas fireplace or in the private garden hammock, you might see butterflies or hummingbirds in our wildflowers.

Cook & Dine: Fully equipped kitchen with high-end cookware, an espresso/K-cup station with frother, and a blender. Enjoy al fresco dining and grilling in the private fenced outdoor space, also great for letting the dog out.

Modern Amenities: High-speed Wi-Fi, A/C, a new AI-powered washer/dryer combo that washes and dries in one cycle, and a bathroom with a safety grab bar.

As far as check out, just leave the key back in the combo box and scramble to dials, be sure to lock the door behind you. Other than that, just be sure lights and air conditioner are off.

Please take your trash out to the trash bin I have next to my black and green composter which is to the right hand side of the driveway. Please leave recycling in a separate bag in the same trash bin

Please wash any dishes, if you don't have time to put them back in the cabinet it is okay to leave them drying in the dish rack. Thanks and have a great time

Host was great to work with. Could have been a little cleaner. Great water pressure in shower. Not much of a view of lake and you have to walk a bit for access. Worked for us because we used it as home base to visit friends and sites. I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re primarily wanting to spend time on the lake.

Nice little cottage

Nice clean cottage not too far from stores & restaurants also Letchworth park is nice. Plenty of dishes towels and linens. Will stay again.

Nice stay for a few days. The only thing is the listing says it has a queen bed in one room. It wasn’t a queen bed and it was hard to sleep comfortably. The host was great in communicating back and forth when needed before the stay.

Cute cottage just behind lakefront properties. Communication was remarkably good and very helpful. The shared beach was a bit of a walk from the cottage so should be considered for older or those with mobility issues (I had my parents visiting).

We stayed at Conecius lake to drop off our son at college. Communicating with Phillipe was great. He answered all messages promptly. The place was cute and met our needs. We were able to use the kayak and paddle boards on the lake but it was a short walk to the dock. There is no lake view from the cottage but the outside seating was lovely and we enjoyed our stay. *The place is pet friendly for those with allergies.

Phillippe was an excellent host; his communication before checking in and throughout our stay. He also went above and beyond to help us enjoy the local sites despite a less-than-ideal weather weekend!However, the property itself left a lot to be desired. First, the queen bed included on this listing is not a queen bed; it is a full at best. I would not have booked having known this. Second, the shared lake access is not clearly indicated or marked, and upon walking the area, it appears all of the immediate shore access around the cabin is private. The outdoor area was also overgrown and the lawn clearly hadn't been maintained in awhile, which hurts the ability to enjoy the outdoor spaces. The fridge was also filled with random, mostly expired food which was very off-putting.

The cottage is a nice little spot across from lakeshore housing. The cottage itself is just a very short walk to a shared lake access area. Unfortunately the shared access site doesn’t really offer much, it wasn’t ideal. We had to go elsewhere to enjoy lake activities. The house does have everything you need and the communication was excellent with the owner when a couple small issues came up. The queen bed mentioned in the ad is not a Queen, it’s a full at best and wasn’t comfortable. Nice for our dogs to have a fenced area to do their business.

Thank you but I don't think we will be back. It was a nice little cottage if you needed a place to stay while visiting the area. It was not the "on the lake" experience we were hoping for. The cover photo on the VRBO app shows a lovely lake side picture with a doc. However, we were told on the day of check-in that we were not allowed to even use that doc. The listing on VRBO just says that it is a private shared beach and doc. Also there is not a queen bed, the bigger bed is really only a full at most and not even having a glimpse of the lake from the house or property was also disappointing.
