Staff goes above & behond- I usually avoid Hilton because I HAVE PROBLEMZ EVERYTIME with them overcharging me...last time I had stayed 3-4 seperate time and not only was I overcharged they did not give me a night free or my points .. & corperate was rude about it... I am weing but a customer should always be right.. especially when you can see they are spending ALOT .. anyhow.. this place needs its own name a, if yall want to talk about getting a new name & taking all thise extra proceeds to benifit YOU??? Spacious and Super Clean Hotel in Concord
