    The staff was very nice. The jacuzzi was nice but really dirty, especially at end of day! The room was comfortable but tv choices are horrible and one sided. Didn’t work a lot of the time. There was No free breakfast offered or given and No special welcome gift as VIP members!!! We usually get something nice at other hotels with our VIP status. Food venues were Very loud due to out of control patrons. Food was not good as many other stays. We canceled reservations & ate off property due to these things. Room service breakfast was horrible, dry, no sauces offered or given…standard sides (toast, fruit etc) not part of meal and if paid extra, options were terrible!!! This stay was Not the usual way experience we have or get. Will think twice before coming back especially at price of rooms!

    We loved our stay at Lafayette Park Hotel & Spa. Staff were delightful and helpful. Room was cozy, BIG and quiet! Bed was super comfy. At location was great. We were seeing family nearby but was also perfectly located for seeing the greater Bay Area. Look forward to staying again!
