The beds and the rooms are great. The staff is wonderful. The location is great right off the freeway with a large retail center across the street that has tons of dining options. The parking however is an absolute nightmare, the first night I was there there was not one spot open and I had to wait for 40 minutes for someone to leave. Parking is also not open, you need a key card to get into the parking lot. And there is no clear area where to park or where to go when you get there to check in. I just parked off to the side of the road and put my hazard lights on? The hotel also does not offer breakfast. Which is fine, but it does not even offer free coffee in the morning which absolutely blew my mind. You have to go into the restaurant and pay five dollars for drip coffee if you want coffee in the morning. The gal in the restaurant who pointed me to the coffee area which I served myself, even had the gall to give me a receipt with a tip request! if management reads this, you need to somehow improve parking. But the two easiest/cheapest fixes you can make is to offer free drip coffee in the lobby in the morning, and have a few signs out front for visitor arrival and check in.

We stayed at the Hilton Concord as part of a two-day cycling trip with our young child on the Iron Horse Trail, and the hotel is conveniently just off the trail. Surrounded by traffic and strip malls, but at least there's lots of restaurants and shopping nearby in case you need something. The waitress at breakfast provided top-notch service and the staff don't see a lot of people on bikes, but went out of their way to make sure we could store ours safely ovenight. (They suggested we just take them to our room, which was spacious enough to accommodate our three bikes.) The pool is nice (heated!) and our room was clean and quiet.

I chose Hotel for its name! However upon entering and checking room out there were ants and flying critters in the room (have photos) and that being mentioned via Expedia message the issue: the staff did arrange movement to another room and do thank them however the experience was just so memorable by the first room that I could not remove the vision of the ants and incects moving about then the entire hotel. Obviously an infestation. The room should have been comped not just movement from one to another along with comp of parking fee (they just insulted me) by charging that really?. Sheesh...Vegas Hilton would comp everything!! They want you to return. I was there visiting my 96 year old parent. Do note they did comp a burger and the new room was a suite however nice that was the whole experience ruined.

The staff was friendly. The room keys had to be used for everything. Half the time they didn’t work in the elevator. Lots of people couldn’t figure it out. Super annoying. No room service but their website says they offer it which why I booked it. No room cleaning service unless requested the day before. Not mentioned when I checked in. Towels were covered with human hair which is completely gross. Not impressed for a Hilton experience. Wouldn’t stay here again

The hotel was older and tired. The pillows needed to be replaced, there was NO Housekeeping whatsoever. 5 days/4 nights they never even emptied the trash in the room or vacuumed, let alone changed the linens/towels. We had to request clean towels and they didn't remove the dirty towels. The trash cans were overflowing but the end of the stay. Disappointing.
