Located in South Brittany in Cabbelou, a peaceful suburb of the city of Concarneau, you’ll find the modern villa “Soubigell”. The home is situated on approximately 1,750 sq.m of property and offers plenty of privacy. The back garden borders on the Atlantic Ocean. When you walk out of the garden fence, you’re on the beach.
Located on the ground floor of the home:
- An approx. 10 sq.m, completely furnished, closed kitchen
- An approx. 45 sq.m living/dining room with a view of the ocean
- A toilet
- A separate laundry room with washer/dryer.

On the first floor, there is a modern bathroom with a double sink, a rain shower, and toilet, in addition to four bedrooms.

The house was very comfortable and cosy, even in winter, and the view on the sea in the living room with the morning sun is just magical. We had a wonderful time with our family during Christmas time and could easily cook and host them. Thank you! We will come back :)

Merveilleux séjour en famille, vue paradisiaque

Difficile de trouver mieux, vue paradisiaque, les pieds dans l'eau....Quand le soleil est en plus au rendez-vous, ce qui fĂ»t le cas, que peut-on espĂ©rer de mieux pour un sĂ©jour rĂ©ussi en famille. Le fait d'ĂȘtre trĂšs proche de la plage (Ă  40 mĂštres !) a grandement facilitĂ© la surveillance d'un bĂ©bĂ© de 4 mois . À renouveler sans aucun doute .

Maison cosy avec vue imprenable

La longue allĂ©e, pour accĂ©der Ă  la maison, avec ses grands arbres prĂ©servĂ©s des tempĂȘtes, donne le ton. La maison, trĂšs lumineuse avec ces grandes baies vitrĂ©es, permet de profiter d’une vue sur mer exceptionnelle. L’accĂšs direct Ă  la mer permet aux petits et aux grands, d’aller pĂȘcher dans les rochers, de se balader sur le sentier cĂŽtier ou de profiter des plages voisines pour se baigner. Location conforme Ă  l'annonce. Endroit magnifique avec une vue superbe et imprenable sur les GlĂ©nans. Maisons confortable oĂč nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous immĂ©diatement. Maison trÚs agréable et fonctionnelle, joliment décorée, trÚs propre. Elle est également bien équipée. L'accueil est trÚs sympathique. La cerise sur le gùteau c'est l'emplacement de la maison qui est exceptionnel : les pieds dans l'eau, ce qui offre un spectacle permanent et varié selon le temps. Adultes comme adolescents nous avons tous adorés et passés un week-end formidable. Nous espérons renouveler prochainement. Merci aux propriétaires et à Caroline.

Superbe vue

TrÚs belle maison avec une vue imprenable sur la mer. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut comme équipement, vaisselle, produits ménagers, épices etc. On se sent bien comme à la maison. Caroline est trÚs gentille et douce. Nous gardons l'adresse pour revenir dÚs que possible.

L'océan pour horizon

La villa Soubigell est exceptionnellement situĂ©e sur la presqu’üle du Cabellou. Son jardin donnant directement sur l’ocĂ©an sans nuisance de passages permet de profiter de la magnifique vue mĂȘme bien au chaud dans le sĂ©jour en cas de mauvais temps. L’accueil et la rĂ©activitĂ© de l’hĂŽte sont parfaits.
