Cypress Villa #3 is a quaint, a- frame cabin nestled in the heart of Concan. This cabin is 1 bedrooms 1 bath and can accommodate up to 4 guests. Outside, you will find a deck complete with a BBQ pit and picnic table overlooking the Frio River. **HOT TUBS REMOVED

PARKING:
All vehicles are to remain in the designated parking areas. Please do not park on grass and/or landscaping. Each rental will receive one parking pass per bedroom. All additional vehicles are $20 for the duration of your stay and must park in the overflow parking at the front of the resort. Our front gate is monitored by security and cameras.

For your convenience, bed linens will be provided. You and your guests will need to bring bath, kitchen, and river and/or pool towels. In addition, the home will be supplied with a starter kit including dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher pods, trash-bags, laundry detergent, paper towels, and toilet paper for each bathroom. We recommend packing additional toiletry items for your stay.

Liked: Check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Place was what I expected so I didn’t get my hopes up too high, the location is great with an easy walk to the river or hippy chicks across the street. I’d suggest if you are tall to not rent it, not much headroom and the shower head is at 4 foot 6. We had our dog and leaned quickly that there are sticker burrs all down to the riverbed, so be aware. The back deck needs work but is nice, also it has 2 window a/c units that struggle to keep it cool in the heat of August.
