Corona del Rio has five full bedrooms plus a sleeping loft, six bathrooms, an outdoor kitchen, pool, hot tub and water slide! Located in the beautiful Heartstone subdivision, the home is only a half-block walk to two river parks. The open living room-dining room-kitchen and large cedar table are ideal for hosting large family, friends or holiday gatherings. Outside, the large cabana, outdoor kitchen and fireplace create a great venue for enjoying hill country nights or watching the kids play in the pool. This home is the PLACE TO BE in Concan and truly the “crown jewel” of the Frio River!

Management provides: pillows, comforters, mattress pads, and all other bed linens (see below), starter kit of 2 trash bags, one roll of paper towels in the kitchen, 1 roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, 3 pods for dishwasher, liquid dish soap, and shrink-wrapped hand soap for each bathroom

***Effective 1/1/24, Frio Premier/Frio Select Rental Homes will not be providing towels to guests, including bath towels, wash cloths, hand towels for the kitchen and restroom, and bath mats. Guests will be responsible for bringing these items. FPRH/FSRH is proud to be able to continue to provide bed sheets, including flat sheets, fitted sheets, and pillowcases for all beds. As always, other bedding including blankets, pillows and mattress protectors will continue to be provided. Linen fees have been adjusted accordingly to only reflect sheet rental and prices have been set based on house size and number of beds in the home.

***A booking deposit and a refundable security deposit (damage deposit) are charged upon creating a reservation. If you reserve via phone or the Frio Premier/Frio Select Rental Homes website, please note that your credit card will automatically be charged the first night's rent for the booking deposit and $350 for the refundable security deposit at 12:00 p.m. central time on the day of booking (if booking after 12:00 p.m. central time it will be charged the day after). If you reserve via VRBO/HomeAway or another channel partner, your credit card will automatically be charged a service fee that is paid to that channel partner, 33% of the total rental fee plus tax as your booking deposit paid to Frio Premier/Frio Select Rental Homes, and the $350 refundable security deposit. You will receive a receipt via email for your booking deposit and security deposit as well as a confirmation number. EFFECTIVE 8-27-2020, THE REMAINING RESERVATION BALANCE IS DUE 30 DAYS PRIOR TO CHECK-IN (MEANING, IF YOU RESERVE ONLINE FOR CHECK-IN DATES INSIDE OF 30 DAYS YOUR CREDIT CARD WILL BE CHARGED THE COMPLETE BALANCE!) PLEASE GENERATE A QUOTE TO SEE ALL OTHER FEE DESCRIPTIONS/AMOUNTS.

Super fun!

My husband and I decided to get married in a simple backyard wedding. This was the perfect spot!It turned out beautifully. Great stay and beautiful hill scenery in the back yard. We have a lot of kids in our family and this was the perfect spot.

Great Property

Overall great property. Kids and adults love the slide and the pool. Refrigerator in the kitchen needs to be replaced, would not cool the entire week even when we took all the food out and moved to the other refrigerator. We have a bunch of children so a lot of milk we needed to keep cold. Could all those kids have kept opening the fridge door-absolutely, but the refrigerator was almost as hot as outside. Still gave it 5 stars, best property.. and owners may not be aware. Property is clean and quiet and a lot of fun.

We had my husbands 50th birthday here with about 30 people. We were not on top of each and plenty of area for entertaining. The slide of course was a huge hit! Great access to the river. I have already have a ton of people ask about this place and want the info for future stay. The owner Rob was most accommodating and very nice along with the management team. This is must stay if you are looking in the Hill Country to enjoy not only the River but a placer to call home for a few days.

The slide and pool was the best feature, along with the Hot Tub! We experienced 2 power outages but it was quickly restored and did not bother us 1 bit. The park with private river access was also great but too small for our vehicles to fit, so we know to bring a golf cart next year or at least rent one. The walk to park was beautiful and great scenery! I would say, for a house that large they need 1 more fridge but overall exceptional house! We will definitely return next year.

The house itself was spacious and well-appointed, offering plenty of room for our entire family to spread out and relax. The kids absolutely loved the pool, especially the exhilarating slide that provided hours of entertainment.One thing we'll definitely do next time is rent a golf cart. One unexpected perk was the daily trash pickup. It may seem like a small thing, but it was incredibly convenient not having to worry about trash piling up during our stay.The view from the back of the property was absolutely breathtaking. We spent countless evenings on the patio, enjoying the scenery and taking some truly stunning photos. Next time, we'll be sure to pack our telescope to take advantage of the clear night skies and stargaze.This family retreat rental exceeded our expectations. The combination of a beautiful house, a fun-filled pool, and a picturesque setting made for an unforgettable vacation. A few minor additions like a golf cart and telescope would make it even more perfect, but even without them, we highly recommend this property for your next family getaway.

Everyone enjoyed the outdoor cabana for socializing and the flow between inside and outside kept everyone connected. House itself was wonderful. Only thing I would add would be boards with lots of hooks mounted in all of the bathrooms and maybe the garage to corral all of the damp clothing and gear. Everything ended up on the floor. Also, some kind of retractable clothesline near the washer or in the garage for drying swimsuits that don't go in the dryer would be nice.

Enjoyed by all, and the entire property was so perfect for our group of 15, aged from 6 to 70 that other than an early morning run/walk by some of us, we had no need to even leave the premises for the duration of our stay. The kitchen utensils and cookware are very well stocked.
