"Stayed 2 nights, room was not tidied and towels were not refreshed. The first room I was given had a horrific smell, so I took my luggage back downstairs to ask for a room change. They disclosed that a guest had been in there previous week and had do not disturb on, so no cleaning. They thought the guest cooked in the room causing strong odor - why would they put a new guest in there."

"I honestly don’t understand how this hotel has such high ratings. My experience was very disappointing. The carpet in my room was completely torn apart, and the bathroom wall had visible mold, which immediately made the room feel unclean. The first thing that ruined the vibe when I arrived was the atmosphere. It felt more like a college study area than a hotel. There were several people sitting on their laptops studying in the hallway, and one person even had a desk set up right next to my door. I didn’t even feel comfortable trying the breakfast because the overall cleanliness and environment of the place didn’t feel right to me. Another strange thing was seeing the front desk employee smoking outside as if it were his own house. I also found it unusual that the cleaning staff consisted of only one male employee handling housekeeping. Overall, this was my personal experience, and unfortunately I would never book this hotel again. "

"Friendly staff, nice breakfast, good location. I would like a choice of pillows on the bed at hotels. Maybe 2 thinner or regular ones plus 2 thick ones. "

"Clean room, great location. The only downside was that I have arrived at 6:30pm for check in and my room was not ready (check in time 4pm…) and they gave me a room with heater down (and they knew it was down put promissed to repair it on the same day, which never happened), so I was freezing from friday to sunday and despite my complains no one fixed it, I could not stay in the room much time due the coldness so my experience was not good. Manager seemed did not care about my complain not even showed the face to apologize. "
