The hotel inside was clean but outside this time of year was terrible. It had snowed in IN but stopped for several hours prior. We got to the hotel and 1 handicapped space was plowed and filled. I am handicapped so parking in the main unplowed lot was not feasible but someone had parked right in front of the door and didn't come to move it. I still had to walk on slush and ice but only about 5'. A woman working at the hotel came out and helped me get inside while my husband got our luggage and while the guy from the front desk stood outside smoking and watching us. The next morning my husband had to shovel a pathway for me while the men running the hotel stood and watched. When he asked a guy changing the garbage bags if he was going to shovel the guy pointed to the shovel and told him there you go. I wouldn't complain but my husband is 76. The person at the front desk, the person cleaning up could have taken 5 minutes from their smoke time to shovel. I do want to say THANK YOU to the beautiful young lady who worked there for all her help. She was so kind. The hotel itself was was clean and the beds were comfy.

Room was dirty, sheets were stained and had black stuff on them - looked like dead bugs (or possibly bed bugs, but don't know for sure). Room and lobby also smelled funny. Asked to cancel the booking after spending 10min there, but was told they couldn't because it was booked through Expedia. Expedia said the only way to get a refund was to get hotel manager approval, but no response after more than a week and multiple attempts. Hotel also charged me directly for the room, so had to work with my bank to refund that as well.

Immediately when I walked in the hotel, it smelled clean. Great first impression! The room was a great size and very clean as well. The bed was comfortable.

Breakfast was sufficient, and the facilities and amenities were good. The room was spacious; however, more attention is needed regarding bathroom cleanliness. The toilet exhaust fan was very dirty and requires better maintenance.

Check in was not very welcome. the guy at the desk is not very friendly. No greeting, we had to ask where the elevators were, did not provide wi-fi login info and never told us when breakfast was, he just handed us our keys and that was it. I assumed the WiFi info was on the key card jacket, I found a laminated card in the room that told us what time breakfast was and a notation that we had to get the WiFi info from the front desk, I looked and sure enough nothing on the key card jacket wi-fi info was left blank, I called the front desk and once again not very friendly about giving me login info.

The place was clean and my room was big. But the staff literally laid around on the couches in the entrance lobby 24/7. There were no TVs in the lobby that worked and the TVs in the rooms were not smart TVs so you could only watch local programs. No Netflix or YouTube or streaming anything. Oh, and the tub faucet wouldn't turn completely off.

Helpful staff. Spacious and comfortable room. Nice breakfast with multiple options: scrambled eggs, sausage links and patties, bacon, sausage gravy and biscuits, waffles, cereal, bagels, muffins, toast, yogurt, juice and coffee. The only negative was the pull out couch - the mattress was stained and uncomfortable. Otherwise, it was a nice stay.
