Kitchen setup gave a lot of space so we weren’t really n each other’s way. Fruit yogurt oatmeal to waffles and sausage gravy. Great range. I was greeted at check-in with great service and anytime I went by the desk . The room was fresh and clean and the air was set so the room didn’t have to cool down

AVOID THIS ESTABLISHMENT AT ALL COSTS - Unethical

My experience with this hotel has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I am writing this review as a serious warning to any potential guest: protect your money and book elsewhere. I attempted to cancel my reservation in good faith, following the hotel's own stated cancellation policy to the letter. I made several attempts to cancel well within the legally permitted time period, documenting each interaction. Despite my diligence and adherence to their rules, the hotel completely never responds and doesn’t answer their phones, completely disregarding my concerns and failing to refund me in full. By violating their own policy and refusing to refund my money, they have also clearly violated the Consumer Protection Act. My repeated attempts to resolve this directly with the property have been met with dismissal and utter contempt for my rights as a consumer. They have shown zero interest in rectifying their error, leaving me no choice but to escalate the matter, legally. Be advised that we are now filing formal complaints with their corporate management company, Shaner Corp and the proper consumer protection authorities to trigger a complete and thorough investigation into their business practices. Furthermore, my attorney has been fully briefed on the situation and is prepared to take appropriate legal action against both the property and the management company. Do not be fooled by any positive reviews.

It’s very noisy, kids running through the hallways screaming. We were above the pool and families partied outside with music into the evening. I wouldn’t stay there for more than a couple of days.

Kitchenette floor was sticky & filthy. Someone had used the toilet-it was not flushed. The soap was used as well as a hand towel. We were short 1 bath towel. The night clerk (manager?) was very apologetic and kind. The morning clerk acted like it didn’t matter, and he couldn’t be bothered. Told him I’d like a towel & maybe the floor cleaned-didn’t happen. Terrible service!

Extremely Disappointed

Where should I start? My reservation was canceled before arrival. When arrived, I was told my room was canceled due to maintenance issues. I was told a refund was sent out, but it indeed was not. I was then referred to another hotel and told my reservation was moved to another Marriot hotel. It was not. We traveled a total of 9 hours from Michigan and was turned away from a hotel that I PAID FOR!!! Very unprofessional and made our trip extremely stressful.

We did not stay. We told the hotel we were going to be a late arrival and called once the day, before twice on the stay date and they confirmed it. When we called to notify we were on the way we were advised our room was no longer available and it was given away. No information given on if a refund will occur or not. We paid in advance and our room was still given away.
