Perfect size for our family and breakfast was great. The rooms and some common areas needed attention.we were disappointed that the hot tub didn’t have working jets, the fireplace in our room was not functioning, poorly repaired tiles in the bathroom, slow shower drains, and torn linens. We also had a problem with the thermostat in our room but management was able to correct that.

Friendly desk staff, but breakfast was not up to the usual Homewood standard. There were no fruit juices and the butter spread was old and crumbly (one big serving jar, no individual pads). Coffee lids did not fit the cups. Maybe cutting costs? The credit card "hold for incidentals" was $100. Most hotels are $50. It will drop off eventually, but the amount was surprising.

Great hotel. I've stayed there before. Love the multi-room suites. Everything was really nice and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. One of my two favorite hotels in the Columbus area.

The phone in my room didn’t work because someone unplugged it at the wall. I couldn’t call the front desk, so I had to walk up there twice because there were issues with the television. Front desk clerk walked back with another remote, which also didn’t work. Finally, I was able to get both TVs turned off, so the room would be dark enough to sleep. Not one of my better experiences with a Hilton property.

I understand when some people give low reviews because certain things weren’t as expected, BUT overall I was pleased and would stay here again? Why? Because the staff were all so nice and welcoming, the breakfast was excellent with great variety and the staff even went out of their way to make extra eggs and sausages when it ran out (even past the 9am end time). I also saw the staff eating breakfast that they made — always a good sign! The swimming pool was also large and clean (yes the water was clear) and my kids absolutely enjoyed it. So there weren’t the number of towels in the room that was supposed to be there and the sofabed was partially sticking out, but it’s all forgiven because people make mistakes. What mattered to me was how they handled any problems. They gave us extra towels right away and even offered us a different room. But we declined as the bedding looked clean. In the end, I’m thankful for a very pleasant stay and especially thankful for the excellent staff that embodies the meaning of true hospitality.

My wife and I stayed from 10/30/25-11/1/25 for our anniversary on Halloween. The breakfast was one of the best parts of our stay! The atmosphere was generally calm and quiet which is amazing. The only criticism I have involved the bed area resulting in us not sleeping very well: 1) The pillows were extremely soft and were uncomfortable to lie on. 2) The bed was too firm which made the super soft pillows even. 3) The blanket was too small for two people on a queen-sized bed. Considering the size of the blanket, having at-least two would've made it more enjoyable.
