The room was clean. The facilities were clean. The pool heater was broke and the pool water was 56 degrees. The pool area didn't have heat. The majority of the food at breakfast was refilled when those items got low. The fruit was good quality. The sausage biscuits and gravy were not refilled and that was with an hour and a half left in the breakfast time period. The staff at the front desk was very welcoming, friendly, and offered the positives about staying on the property and local things to do. The morning breakfast staff did not communicate well at all.

Our room wasn't very clean upon arrival and the pool heater was broken. The breakfast lady that worked on Christmas day was amazing. She was probably the only employee that actually cared about her job. The other stuff seemed to be lazy while leaving front entrance floors dirty at all times

I enjoyed the soda machine with breakfast. The room was nice and we have no complaints except the bathroom door would lock itself in the middle of the night. We kept a butter knife by the door to get it to Unlock. Haunted maybe. Who knows. I was comfortable and would stay again.

In one word AWFUL. 3 of the 4 mornings of our stay no hot water to take a shower. Which might explain why the pool was cold as well. Speaking of the pool, we and another couple got chased from the pool because of an 11 year olds birthday party on Saturday night. Screaming and splashing and no supervision to be found. Toilet didnt always flush right but didnt see any reason to complain since staff just made excuses anyway regarding the lack the lack of hot water. First place I've ever stayed without an in room safe. Other than the breakfast the entire stay was a disappointment.

Not what I expected. Two BR/Bath suite.

Room was not very clean and there were holes in the door and shower. Seem to be newly renovated but just not kept up. The hotel didn’t have hot water so out one night layover turned into a nightmare. The rooms all share one elevator. Just wasn’t pleasant. The staff were rude and had zero cares to give about our situation. Hope their bad attitudes don’t take the already sliding down hill business into a full land slide.

The breakfast had a variety of things.The room was clean but, the toilet had trouble flushing.Sat. Night, we tried going swimming, and there were a bunch of kids unsupervised in the pool. And they were rowdy and unloud, and my four-year-old and two-year-old granddaughters didn't feel comfortable in the pool. Then, on Sunday morning, we were in the pool again and those same kids were back in the pool, unsupervised, splashing and making a lot of noise. And when we went to complain to the front desk, she said her hands were tied and there was nothing. She could do about it.

The room smell so horrible! I had to try and open the window and turn the fan on to eliminate the smell! The smell was so strong at one point I was considering leaving.

I loved that they had miso soup and rice as a part of their breakfast option. Joy at the front desk during check-in was so pleasant and helpful. The room was nice and clean with wonderful amenities. Shopping and restaurants were nearby.

We were disappointed by issues with ants in our room and toilets didn’t work properly. Staff were helpful though. We requested to be moved. Ended up being exactly one floor below the old room. Saw a few ants there too but not as many. The toilet in this room didn’t work either. Carpets in the halls were dirty. Pool wasn’t that clean. Won’t stay there again. Short stay so we stayed only because we didn’t want to pack up everything again.
