I got there really late like 1 o’clock in the morning and there was someone at the front desk although from the outside it looked closed on my driver, actually came up to Check. The snack room was closed, even when I left in the morning and the main disappointment was that the shower filled up with water even during my short shower, which was really discouraging. The room temperature was great and it was very clean and the bed was very comfortable, and the noise level was minimal.

Hotel JUST CHANGED owners and cleaned out the GREAT management team there and it is VERY APPARENT that they do not have a clue. We have used this hotel for 5 years only for this terrible experience. I PERSONNALY requested a room near elevator because of my back and Patrick, the manager guaranteed that. When we arrived, the untrained employee put me in a room THAT WAS OCCUPIED ALREADY!!!! Then he put me almost at the end of the longest hallway in the hotel. TERRIBLE service. When we checked out on Saturday, the clerk tried TO CHARGE US again and said our rooms were not paid for through hotels.com

Room was dirty when we arrived, huge bite out of couch made by a dog or something, just a worn out facility with several washing machines out of order and had to beg for TP and clean towels. Place smells bad too. Some workers were ok, others were bothered by requests. Will never consider one of these dumps again. Very disappointing. 6 nights of hell.
