The facility and room were good. The restaurant food was ok, but service was absolutely horrible. The bartender, cashier and server were great! Sadly they were all the same person. Room was comfortable and clean. Shower pressure was excellent. Beds were comfortable. The customer service was absolutely fantastic! Front desk was attentive at check in and during a phone call for a possible lost item realized at 4:30 am while preparing to leave for my flight. The front desk agent went to look in the restaurant for my missing item - thankfully, I realized I packed it differently and found what I thought I had lost, but the agent took time to find it and I appreciate her kindness. My sister and I had dinner at the bar where we received excellent service from Brandon, lots of laughs with the other patrons who have been stranded by the winter storm, and really great food! Overall, a great stay, thanks to a wonderful staff.
