Stacia at the front desk was very accommodating and an ultimate professional. Her positive attitude made me feel important as a Marriott member. Also, the shuttle driver in the afternoon (I didn’t get his name) was also friendly, professional and accommodating. I come to Columbus quite often and will now make this my hotel of choice. Very convenient to stay when you have an early flight. We’ve stayed several times. Great rooms, quiet and clean. The check in person was terrible. You can tell he hates his job. Check out person was wonderful. We’ve never had any issues staying there & parking our vehicle in the extended stay lot.
