I loved the stay. The rolm was great. The dinning room. The fact that latitude 41 is right inside the hotel was awesome. The breakfast was over the moon.

First night, I went to the restaurant in the hotel and was served food pretty promptly but then I was ignored for the next 20-30 minutes until a server that was helping tables all around me asked if I needed anything. The next morning I ordered food to be delivered to my room for breakfast. A simple scrambled eggs, bacon and toast with orange juice. I left a comment to include some strawberry jam for the toast. I was delivered the eggs, bacon and orange juice and 2-3 cups of potato squares. The second morning I woke up and luckily had breakfast provided by the conference I was attending but the cold shower and no hot water on the 4th floor was a special delight. If I ever come back to the city I will not be staying at the hotel.

Please upgrade the bedding.

The renovation was not great. The lobby is beautiful. My suite was spacious. However were are holes in the ceiling of the bathroom. The beds are horrible, probably the worst that I’ve slept on. And I travel a lot. I was also overcharged for my stay. I am a Marriott rewards member, however my discount was not applied. The bathrooms are very tight and the toilets are extremely low. Their customer service is amazing, and Andrew at the front desk needs to be promoted. He is a total asset for this hotel.

I booked the 2Queen Suite with the sofa and the room was EXTREMELY SMALL. It was the standard size room and less than mediocre at best. The bathroom was tiny and seemed to be squeezed in a corner with floor molding coming off and just simply worn down. Fridge was dirty and furniture was so bulky that there was no room to.move around. Coffee place closed early hours and no amenities to enjoy.

Front desk Andrew was pleasant and helpful. Towanda while cleaning glass doors gave us good directions. Small frig with no freezer, air conditioning unit leaked on floor leaving a wet area. Housekeeping was good a d polite as well.

I truly enjoyed the recreational aspects of this hotel to include the rooftop pool and amenities at the pool the only thing that will make this hotel better as if the rooftop pool bar was open seven days a week. It was not open on Sunday.

Check in and check out was easy and no wait at all. Front staff was nice. We did breakfast in the morning which we do not recommend. It was very overpriced for a self serve buffet line and not very organized. The omelette was very good but the person working at the station had no personality. Highly recommend searching for another food option in the area if time allows. Room was okay. Not horrible but not state of the art. Surely could use some updates. I think we got placed in a handicap accessible room so the toilet was practically on the ground. I thought the shower pressure was great being so strong, wife thought it was too strong. While it was not something to write home about we would stay again. Walk was about 15 minutes to the arena so location was not bad at all. Everything was within a decent walking distance.
