John was an amazing host for an excellent property! He was communicative and made sure we had a great stay from the point of booking to check out. The house was perfect for our quick trip into Columbus for seeing a concert nearby, if there wasn’t snow everywhere we could have easily walked to most of the things we did during our visit. The house was clean and included thoughtful touches like pre-stocked k cups for the Keurig and adorable makeup towels in the bathrooms. Great location!

This place was horrendous and we got stuck here. The owner refused to clean the house again. Didnt offer a full or partial refund. The place had cat hair, spider webs, blood on the wall, backed up shower drains, carpets were so gross, fans were dirty didnt even turn them on. Everything abiut this place was as bad as it could be. I asked VRBO to help and they did not.
