Outstanding Customer service

We had such a great time!!! All the staff made us feel right at home. Everyone we came in contact with made us feel welcomed (Mercedes, the valet staff, the bartender on the rooftop bar, security at the upstairs bar on Friday night, and the lady that checked us in) they all provided outstanding customer service. My wife and I already have been talking about if we was to ever come back, this will be the hotel we’re gonna stay in and we will also be looking for this hotel chain for future trips. Thank you so much for making our short trip that much pleasant.

The rooms were updated and clean, and the staff were nice but a bit aloof. However, the Coffee maker and the remote for the TV in the room didn't work. Staff replaced the remote but not the coffee maker. They don't provide complimentary coffee in the lobby, so there was no coffee for this must-have coffee guy in the AM!

Nice property other than the fact the toilet in our room wouldn’t flush and we had asked for a fold out bed they said they would bring it up to us and we had to call the front desk at almost 11pm to get it finally brought up after we had been waiting all afternoon but nice gym and it beside a beautiful river walk !
