Easy check in, staff always greeted us, whether in the morning or at night time! Room was in excellent condition! The only issue we had was how loud it was when the toilet flushed, and the ringing for 30 seconds. That was beyond irritating. But breakfast was good. Parking was good, liked that there were security cameras. 10/10

I really wanted to like this place. We stayed at another hotel in Columbus during another trip and it was OK but pretty basic and no breakfast. We wanted to stay somewhere nicer this time. After an entire day of travel, we got in late and were really exhausted. The outside of the hotel was very attractive, except the parking lot was adjacent to the hotel and not right in front. The lobby was attractive and front desk lady was very friendly. She warned us that there had been some key issues earlier in the day. Our key didn’t work, but she quickly resolved the issue. Air-conditioning was not working properly in the room and the room was 74 and stuffy. Front desk lady came to reset the air. Went to sleep with it a couple degrees cooler but during the night stopped working again. The room was clean and beds comfy. But the bathroom left room for improvement. There was dust and hair in the corners like it needed a good deep cleaning. Breakfast was good and breakfast area was pretty and clean. Tables were very wobbly so be careful with that hot coffee.

The overall property was okay, but my fridge didnt work and wasn’t fixed while i was there. The breakfast was SUPER minimal. TheTV channel options were tiny. Would not stay here again.
