Honest review

Upon reading reviews, I was hesitant to stay here again. We stayed here a few years ago when in the area but know things can change. We didn’t have any trouble with service. All staff seemed welcoming and friendly. The room was clean, except for a few long hairs in the bathroom. Could it have been cleaner, yes. But it was ok for our 1 night stay. The bed, oh man. Let’s just say small and very uncomfortable. That was one thing that was true about the reviews I read. The beds should definitely be updated. Pool area was nice and clean. Kids enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was great. Lots of options and fresh. Would I stay again? I think I would look for other options in the area, that bed is a deal breaker.

This is a beautiful hotel where I have stayed several times. It is close to the downtown area of Dublin and the many restaurants. The rooms are immaculate and the breakfast is one of the best that I hae experienced in my travels.

Amazing place! Get the personally made omelet and fresh fruit for breakfast. Watch the elevators from the comfy lobby. I really enjoyed the suite, with it's separate sitting area, microwave, mini fridge. Can't say enough good things about this hotel, and its pet friendly.

My stay began w/ the elevator being down and the key card system being down. Check-in took significantly longer than it should have. We also had a fire evacuation on Saturday. What was supposed to be a relaxing weekend wasn’t very relaxing. I would also suggest service desk people being more sensitive to those of us practicing sober living. When I stated I didn’t want or need my happy hour ticket I wasn’t exactly met w/ understanding.
