I asked for a wakeup call for 4am on 1/1/26 well when I got done partying for New Years Eve, I got to my room go to sleep and looked around there was no phone no alarm clock so how was he going to call me at 4am so I went to front desk and he said we call your cell phone well I cannot hear my cell anyway so I went back to my room to get my things and left very disappointed in this hotel will not be going back

Our room facing the road experienced excessive road noise before midnight, but it was a Friday night. Very satisfied with room quality and cleanliness. Appreciated friendliness of staff at check in.

There was a dead cockroach on the floor when we came into our room. It was 11:00 pm and we had a stressful evening so we went to bed. Told the manager in the morning and all he said was they have pest control and they come once a month and there was nothing he could do. No offer of discount and even charged extra for our dog.

Hotel had a Lysol smell which seems clean but it is annoying. When we walked into our room, there was a dead cockroach on the floor. When I pointed it out to the MOD, he just said they have an exterminator once a month and nothing he could do about it with an apology. We stayed because we had dogs and were limited on affordable hotels in the area.
