This place needs more staff and to better support their staff. Staff was always on the go and was rarely staffed at front desk.
The entire hotels key cards also deactivated in the morning on Sunday and there were lots of folks who had to get them reactivated which was difficult with the staff working breakfast, providing towels, etc. the response was “well phones can deactivate the key cards” but it was EVERY room.
hotel room also looked wiped down but not exactly cleaned. Not every light worked in the room. Someone in the hotel and outside of the hotel was smoking weed as the entire first floor reeked of it both nights we stayed.
The bathroom door wouldn’t shut fully, shower head was loose from the wall and water pressure was almost non-existent, our tv brightness was too low and there was no way to view the settings with the remote, we had to request new towels and return our dirty towels to the front desk to get them.
