Location as described-convenient and walkable. Wish the back courtyard/patio area was cleaned out because it could be a cute space to sit in addition to the front porch. (Which also could have been cleaned off) Interior: kitchen well stocked with nice items. Beds were comfortable.House could benefit from a deep cleaning (windowsills, baseboards, etc. some cobwebs here and there made it seem as though house has not had guests recently?) Price was comparable to others in the area, however, I had never stayed near there before so we have nothing to compare it to) AC upstairs window unit was a plus because of how warm the bedrooms up there. Overall house was ok/average.
