This location need upgrade, the bathroom tub had burn stains on the tub, in a no smoking room. The bathroom need upgrade, tile and flooring need grout cleaning. the bed need better mattress. I will not book with the Red roof inn moving forward.

The staff was friendly, but the property was very disappointing. Our designated non-smoking room on the 3rd floor smelled strongly of cigarettes. Staff relocated us to the 1st floor, which was only slightly better. The rooms are outdated, dirty, and smell of heavy deodorizers. This is the worst Red Roof Inn I have visited. The owners need to invest in cleaning and updating this hotel. I will not stay here again.

Pool closed. Downstairs bathrooms closed. Burn holes in bedspread. Room smelled so strong of disinfectant it gave me a headache. Not sure what smell they were trying to cover up. No shampoo in dispenser. Hotel staff was nice and room otherwise decently cleaned. I wouldn’t stay here again based solely off the chemical smells in the room.

Pool water so was cold we couldn’t stay in, blankets were stained. We asked for a new blanket and never got it. Walls and doors were dirty. Remote for the tv was broke and had to hold it together to get it to work.

I rented two rooms, one was fine.. the other had dirty bed sheets and the room smelled like cat urine. While the staff changed the sheets after complaining the hotel was booked so could not change rooms. Had to spray body spray all over the room repeatedly to cover the urine odor. Also elevator was not working and the rooms were way overpriced

This hotel looked great on the listing, but in real life, it’s horribly run down. Staff was nice, beds were good, but everything else was bad. It smelled musty, the air conditioning unit worked but was so damaged we couldn’t read the setting labels, the sink was chipped, some linens were stained with paint or ink, floors were sticky, pretty sure there was mildew on the bathroom wall, and breakfast was so skimpy Saturday morning that we had to eat out. We didn’t expect a 5 star hotel, just a clean, functional, room for the night. It did not meet those needs. 0/10 recommend. Can’t believe it still has the Red Roof Inn name.
