They checked us in and we were tired from the drive we got to the room and there were roaches, the toilet didn’t work, and the A/C and heat didn’t work at all. All they did was offer a fan and said there was nothing they could do for us. NO TOILET and they expected us to stay?!?! Do Not Book here!!!!!!

The staff were wonderful, especially the manager with white hair. Our room was great with a well stocked kitchen area (stove top, large refrigerator, dishwasher, dishes, cookware, etc). It was very quiet. The mattress felt comfy and new with assorted pillows. The best thing was the amazing shower. The best shower head ever. The soaps were very nice. The room had lots of outlets which were very useful. The price was very reasonable and I felt an exceptional value. Now for the negative. I only have a couple of comments. The grounds looked tired and unappealing. There was a beat-up old junk vehicle parked at the front door which made me wonder. It was there for our entire stay. But when we entered the building it smelled fresh and clean. Things got a lot better. One other thing. I think the housekeeping manager held an employee meeting in the front lobby. Not very professional I felt but the place was very clean. I would definitely recommend this motel.

You advertised a pool and there wasnt a functioning one. You advertised it was extremly clean and it most definitely was not. And it most definitely is in an unsafe area

Our booking was cancelled by the manager while we were heading to the hotel from out of state with two small children. When we booked, it gave us two payment options and we choose "pay at property". According to customer service, since the manager didn't receive the money right away she decided to cancel our booking. They didn't even try to contact us to clarify or anything. As soon as we received the email about cancelation, we did called, three times and nobody replied. I would not book here at all. The hotel is also not in a very good area of town either.

The staff was amazing. They were courteous and helpful. The best thing about the stay was the staff .....FIVE STARS. The location around the property was a little sketchy, but nothing too crazy. The room was and restrooms were the cleanest, but it did the job

We spent one night and we're very happy with the room. It had a full sized refrigerator, microwave, toaster and two comfortable beds. The area seemed a bit sketchy, but we were fine.
