When we checked in everything on the surface was nice, but then i noticed that our room needed a deep clean. The hottub was closed, super bummed. Then at breakfast today, there was an employee having a conversation about following a budget and dropping a bunch of F-bombs sense she was so mad about something. Im assuming it was a manager (higher up personnel) in the back/kitchen area. And you could hear everything. I understand being upset, but my kids where in the breakfast room hear it all

Super loud basement room. I asked front desk for supplies since one of the beds was not made. They said they’d try but had no pillows. We had no Kleenex, soap of any kind, 1/4 roll of toilet paper and two towels for 5 people staying; thankfully we had extra of some things but it made getting three kids ready for bed very difficult and no response from desk about loud areas around and above or room supplies. Very dirty room overall but it was too late to change anything; we also had a service dog with us and in order to take her outside we had to walk all the way to the lobby. Was definitely not busy enough to justify putting us in that room. Super disappointed because we’ve stayed here many times in the past without a problem.

The room jacuzzi tub didnt work. No repairs. The hotel pool spa was broken. Not very nice for a wedding night. Really disappointed. Thanks Traci for everything.

It was daighters birthday and at the pool she slipped on ice and got hurt. She could not even enjoy herself she was laid up in the room alternating ice and heat. Not once to they offer to let us have a room when she heals or anything. They did not even check on her after letting desk know. No report filled out or anything. Just cautioned off thay part of the pool.

Room was fine, not the cleanest but it was ok. The staff was nice. The main reason we booked the stay there and not somewhere else was for the hot tub. We checked in and until we got to the pool was informed hot tub was broke. That basically ruined the trip. I think if your hot tub doesn’t work and is a known issue to keep “breaking” it should be told upfront. Allot of people take things like that into consideration when choosing a hotel.

The staff was very helpful and kind to their guests. The buffet seating area was big enough for a lot of people. It is also a pet friendly hotel, too.

The room was clean, the staff was very courteous. Internet was great too. I enjoyed my stay very much. Note that the hotel isn't new so there is some wear and tear on various things, but overall it was an excellent stay.
