Extremely run down, hotel needs to be torn down and rebuilt. But in the end, the bed was comfortable and the guy at reception was friendly. Wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

I did not eat breakfast, so I can’t give you a review about that. However, the room was clean and sufficient for what I needed. The only staff I dealt with was the lady working in the front desk, and she was very friendly and helpful.

We have stay there in the pass alot but the room was not clean at all this time and the noise upstairs was bad. The staff in the front at the desk as always been nice. It is got a places to eat nextdoor that is Legends that is nice to have a place to eat. And the car got keyed while it was there in the parking lot that night by someone. I asked them to look on the camera but we never heard back from them about it.

The room was clean and the bedding appeared fresh as did the towels. The staff was helpful and courteous. The Town Square was an added bonus. I would stay at Richland Inn in Columbia, TN again.
