The grounds of the hotel were full of litter and pet waste. The television did not work. It was plugged in to a loose outlet without a cover that was dangling out of the wall. Definitely a fire/electrical hazard. The bathroom clearly had severe water damage around the tub area, and the tub itself was stained and appeared to be not clean. The cops showed up (5 cars) with lights and sirens and dogs. At 3:30-4:00am a very long man and woman went down the row of doors pounding repeatedly on each one. I did not feel safe.

The room was horrific. I requested a change whe the first room bedding had stains and a broken vanity light. The 2nd room was not much better but I was there for 1 night so I tolerated it.

The first room we were given the lights didn't work and it wreaked of cigarette smoke. The second room smelled like so much cleaner over cigarette smoke it was rough as well. The room was set to 85 and took all night to cool off even with freezing temperatures outside. To add to the stay the pillow cases were dirty. There was only one towel which was also visibly soiled. Then there was a loud speaker making announcements all night outside. Think this was the worst hotel I've stayed at in 40 years. In the early 2000s I stayed at a lot of Red Roof Inn through PA and NY and this was not what I remember. It's got the feel of a by the hour motel. But the staff was really kind!

First room was nasty - sticky spots all over the floor, dirty beds, dirty towels. The 2nd room wasn't much better. The towels were not cleaned and I had someone else's hair stuck to me after drying off with one. The tv didn't work. It was a non-smoking room and smelled like someone had just smoked a pack of cigarettes in there. Absolutely disgusting.

Manager on duty was very nice and accommodating. That was not the issue. The room was not up to par even for the low cost it was. The bed spread was stained and very dirty looking. The pillow cases had dog hair under them and hair on the sheets. The light above the sink did not work. The toilet seat was dirty and chipped. First room was supposed to be “non-smoking” but it definitely wasn’t so we’re t to a second room. Even though it was a “non-smoking” room, the smell was better but only “masked” with air freshener or something because when it faded, the room had the smoke smell too. It was so unclean that we ended up leaving and not staying the night at all.

It had been a few years since I was there last but needed a night before an early-morning flight. Now it’s a total trash heap. First room had no chair. Second room had no light in the bathroom and HVAC unit didn’t work, no remote for TV. I left with a refund. Will never go there again. It’s a slum and a disgrace.

We were unable to stay. They did not have the room I originally booked. The front desk insisted I booked a smoking room with one large bed intead of the non smoking room with two double beds even after I showed my reservation confirmation. The front desk said they refunded me, but it was to a MasterCard not a Visa and not even the correct amount. Supposedly refunded for $58 and I paid $70.

My stay was good. It wasn't a 5 star hotel but I didn't expect that. It was close to a meeting I had downtown and the location was perfect.The staff was very welcoming and the room was clean. Everything I needed for the evening. Will stay there again when I have future meetings downtown. Thanks
