Check -in was great, and the desk agent was very friendly, helpful, and has great customer service skills. My tv didn't work, and she quickly moved us to another room. It was a pleasant stay. My only problem:. I was going to have a brief medical procedure, and couldn't eat at the breakfast time. I just got 2 slices of bread to eat on the dive, but was told that i couldn't take it to the room, so i said i was taking it to the car, and was told that was not allowed. What? Who doesn't want you to eat in a room for which you have paid. I just threw it in the trash. Is it better to waste it, thank to much on it to prevent nausea? Shame. I will not stay there again.
