If I am a woman travelling solo, I would be a bit scared because of the men to women ratio. I haven't seen 1 woman in the hotel during my stay. They are really nice but it is a bit discomfiting. Breakfast doesn't offer a lot of options, but of course, with just 90 dollars that's fair. They don't have bacon or even eggs; just cereal, waffles, and what I think is a pancake. The hair dryer is not workingin the room we stayed in, but the building is well-maintained even if it is showing signs of age. The mirror in the headboard is a nice touch. If you're on a budget, then this would be a very pleasant stay. If not,or you're a woman travelling alone, I suggest you find somewhere else.
