My room didn't have bed bugs and was moderately clean, but other than that, I have nothing good to say about staying at this hotel and would not recommend it. The doorknob on the bathroom door was unscrewed and hanging down, the door itself had a massive hole in the bottom of it, apparently from a prior guest kicking it in to do who knows what. Other guests were extremely loud outside the rooms and in the parking lots until the very early hours of the morning (1 or 2 am) making it almost impossible to sleep. The A/C unit was also very loud and had to be turned off when trying to sleep, making the room hot. There was also a loud train that came by periodically and ambulance/police sirens transiting through the area could be heard all through the night. Overall it, didn't feel particularly safe. Hotel staff also were unable/unwilling to provide me with additional shower towels upon request. I am glad I was traveling solo and not with my family because they would have almost certainly made me leave the hotel to find somewhere else to stay. Not usually one to write bad reviews, but other potential guests need to be aware of these issues.
