The staff member who checked us in did not offer us the complimentary water that we could see behind him, so we had to ask for it later in the day ( I think it was suppose to have included a snack, but we did not get that either. The kitchen area was sufficent. The only thing I noticed was the room was dusty. The cabinet where the glasses were in the kitchen area showed visible dust as well as the dresser and knobs.
