Property under renovations.. complete mess. Elevators smelled and had trash on floors. Trash cans in hallways were overflowing. Heat-a/c vents full of dirt. Blinds wouldn't work.

The room was nice. Only downside was the pillows were awful and as soon as I laid down to go to sleep I got a text and phone call from hotel which was a little annoying.

Property was very nice, we had many options for restaurants in the area. We chose one that we could walk to as we had been in the car all day and needed to stretch. Staff was friendly and the hotel was very quiet and clean.

There were stains on the mattress when we were looking for bed big signs. It was around the edge if the mattress . We reported it and was moved but was not comfortable.

We have stayed at this hotel quite a bit and it has always been great. I don't know if they are renovating or what- there are no signs anywhere, but the window in our room was blocked out, which was a bummer. The staff at the front desk in the afternoon/evening was pretty unfriendly and seemed generally annoyed. Also, the hand towel in our room was not changed and was dirty. Not a big deal, but combined with the other things was bothersome. The lady working in the mornings was so friendly and nice, which was a bright spot. Overall, a safe area and there are a lot of restaurants nearby.

The pool, the chlorine was so strong it burned our eyes and we couldn’t even stay down there to enjoy the pool or hot tub very disappointed.
